As a former Soldier assigned to the Oklahoma Army National Guard who was subsequently mobilized during all or part of the time between 19 January 2007 and 18 August 2007, you are potentially eligible for compensation for additional days of earned administrative leave. This administrative leave will be reimbursed at the rate of $200 per day earned.

Currently the Personnel Office is reviewing personnel records, to include DD Forms 214 (Certificate of Release or Discharge from Active Duty), DA Forms 31 (Request for Authority for Leave) and Mobilization Orders to validate eligibility.

Soldiers who have since retired or honorably separated from service and are otherwise eligible for payment under this authority will be required to submit a DD Form 827 (Application for Arrears in Pay).
